How can you pay?

You can pay by cash, cheque, or EFTPOS.

What happens if we don't have the part?

We carry most common parts on board but if we don’t have the part and we have to come back. Your not charged another call out, only charged for the part.

How much warranty do you get?

Your minimum is 12 months on parts and labour or you can extend your warranty to 2 or 3 years.

What happens if we come out and we can't find the fault?

In some cases, we get called out for a repair but when we get there it’s working perfectly fine. In these cases, if you call in the next 2 weeks with the same fault you’re not charged again.

How do you price up a concrete or paving clean?

For all concrete and paving cleans we inspect the job first and work out approximately how many hours the job will take and give you a firm price.. and if we go over the time we anticipated, you are not charged any extra.

All paving cleans include pav lock to replace what was lost and to lock the pavers in and prevent weeds from coming threw at no extra cost!
